We are a small house. Every seat matters. Thank you for tending this with us.

Cancellation Notice

Standard Services

24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule for most classes, workshops, memberships, and events.

This protects the seats we hold for other guests and the time our Ritual Hosts prepare for you.

Specialized Experiences

48 hours' notice required for:

Sound baths
Breathwork sessions
Women's circles
Pour ceremony

Late Cancellations

Cancellations received inside the notice window (within 24 or 48 hours of your booking) receive a house credit good for 60 days.

House credits may be applied toward any future service, membership, or retail purchase at House of MKaz.

No-Shows

No-shows (failing to cancel and not attending) forfeit the booking.

Most services require a credit card on file. A no-show charge equal to 100% of the service price will be applied to your card.

Late Arrival Policy

Classes, Sound Baths & Ceremonies

Doors close at the start time. Late arrivals cannot be admitted — the room is being held for the practice and cannot be disrupted.

Open Events

For community events like Sunday Vinyl and Community Art Night, you may arrive anytime during the event window.

Pour Ceremony

Arrivals more than 5 minutes late forfeit their seat.

Payment & Deposit Policy

Full Prepayment

Most services require full prepayment at booking. This protects your seat for you.

Group Bookings

For private group bookings, a 50% deposit reserves the date, with the remainder due 7 days before the event.

Refunds & Credits

All sales are final within the cancellation window. Early cancellations (outside the notice window) receive a full refund or house credit — your choice.
