House Rules
House of MK AZ is a shared space. These guidelines protect the experience, the people who create it, and the community that gathers here.
They apply to everyone inside the House, including guests, members, staff, teachers, artists, facilitators, partners, and collaborators.
Please read them before visiting.
Come as you are
Wear whatever allows you to feel comfortable, present, and like yourself.
Some movement classes and private experiences may be shoe-free. Instructions will be provided when necessary.
Protect the energy of the room
Every day at the House is different. Some gatherings are social and expressive. Others are quiet, reflective, educational, or restorative.
Be aware of the experience happening around you. The energy you bring affects the room.
Respect the people around you
House of MK AZ is an inclusive, intergenerational community.
Treat our guests, staff, teachers, artists, and collaborators with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, unwanted attention, or repeated disregard for another person's boundaries will not be tolerated.
Review the calendar before arriving
Some classes, workshops, and gatherings require advance registration. Others may allow walk-ins when space is available.
Please review the individual event listing before coming to the House.
Honor your reservation
Capacity is intentionally limited for many of our experiences.
Registration fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated. When transfers or credits are permitted, the terms will be listed with the event.
Keep gatherings personal
Unless an event is specifically designed for groups, please contact us before arriving with a large party.
Private gatherings, celebrations, team experiences, and group reservations must be arranged in advance.
Care for the House
Everything inside this space has been chosen with intention.
Please respect the furniture, plants, books, ritual tools, décor, supplies, artwork, and personal items throughout the House. Do not remove, relocate, or use anything without permission.
No outside food or beverages
Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless approved in advance for a private event, partnership, or medical accommodation.
Ask before recording
Casual personal photos are welcome when they do not interrupt the experience or include others without their permission.
Professional photography, videography, content shoots, interviews, and commercial recording must be approved in advance.
Some classes, workshops, and private gatherings may be designated as phone-free or recording-free.
Respect our neighbors
Please be thoughtful when arriving, parking, gathering outside, and leaving the property. Keep music, conversations, and vehicle noise at a respectful level, especially during evening hours.
Stay aware when leaving at night
Use well-lit areas and remain aware of your surroundings. When possible, leave with another guest or ask a member of our team for assistance.
Animals
Only trained service animals are permitted unless an event specifically states otherwise.
Keep track of your belongings
House of MK AZ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
We reserve the right to protect the space
Anyone who disregards these guidelines, disrupts an experience, disrespects another person, appears unsafe, or compromises the wellbeing of the community may be asked to leave.
Entry may also be refused when necessary to protect the House, our team, or our guests.
