The Experience
A three-hour immersive evening of tea, deep rest, sound, and creative integration.
Begin with a Silent Mexican Dream Tea Ceremony, followed by a guided Dream Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath designed to invite deep relaxation, imagery, and inner exploration.
We close the evening with a Watercolor Dream Integration, giving you space to express whatever came through during the experience through color and form.

Logistics
Doors Open at 6:30 PM
Arrive early to settle in, meet the space, and prepare for the ceremony. The experience will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
What to Bring
No supplies are necessary. Just arrive. We provide yoga mats, all art supplies, tea, and everything needed for the full evening.
Dress Comfortably
Wear soft, comfortable clothing. You will be lying down for the Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath portions of the ceremony.
