Our movement classes are taught for the nervous system, not for performance. We focus on presence, breath, and the subtle shifts that happen when you slow down.

All House of MK AZ movement classes include guided practice, meditation, and an integrated sound bath. Pay per class or commit to membership for consistent practice and community.
House Membership
Single class: $25. House membership: $199/month with one shared pool of 8 credits for classes or eligible member events. House Unlimited: $299/month with unlimited movement/yoga classes and a 10% House member discount. Tea House Member: $88/month for day and night House access, without classes or event credits.
