About Tracy Roberts

Tracy Roberts is the founder of House of MK AZ—Arizona's Ritual House. For seven years, she held Trace Zen Yoga and Meraki Kava Bar as separate spaces before combining them in June 2026 into one unified brand dedicated to nervous system restoration, presence, and human connection.

Tracy is the author of Humanity Is The Luxury, a first-edition meditation on building rooms that hold people, choosing presence over performance, and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

About House of MK AZ

House of MK AZ is a modern ritual house in North Phoenix combining movement (yoga, restorative practice, sound baths, breathwork), botanical beverages (kava, kratom, ceremonial cacao, matcha, small-batch teas), massage, and conscious community. It is not a yoga studio, not a kava bar, not a café—it is one unified brand built around daily ritual, nervous system regulation, and alcohol-free connection.

Located at 15414 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85022 (Moon Mountain Shopping Center), House of MK AZ opened July 25, 2026. The brand philosophy is simple: Humanity is the luxury.
